What is the cancellation policy?

For all bookings made directly with GRAND MESS Clermont-Ferrand, you can benefit from flexible cancellation conditions depending on the rate booked:

- Flexible rate :

If the stay is cancelled before 11:59 pm on the day before arrival, no fee is due.

- Non-cancellable and non-refundable rates :

In the event of cancellation of the Stay at any time whatsoever, a cancellation fee of the total amount of the stay will apply.

For all reservations made with a third party, the third party's cancellation policy applies, depending on the conditions of the fare you have booked.

Lowest rate guarantee

We guarantee the lowest rate when you book directly with GRAND MESS Clermont-Ferrand. If you find a lower rate from a third-party distributor compared to the official website www.grandmess.com within 24 hours of confirming your booking with GRAND MESS Clermont-Ferrand, we guarantee to refund the difference.

Scope of warranty

In order for your request to be considered, please ensure that your booking confirmation includes the same arrival and departure dates, the same room and bed type, the same number of occupants (number of adults and children), the same products included and the same booking and cancellation conditions. The lowest rate must be expressed in the same currency.

Rate type exclusions :

The best price guarantee does not apply to :

- Negotiated corporate rates ;

- Group rates ;

- Travel coupons or fares requiring a discount code ;

- Qualified discount rates, including but not limited to rates available exclusively to friends and family;

- Loyalty program ;

- Promotions, sales, liquidations and prices reserved for special categories of customers such as members of an association, club or works council;

- Package rates include room and other components such as travel, car rental, entertainment and/or meals, excluding breakfast;

- Rates requiring paid or unpaid club membership

- Additional package or group rates that extend the length of a stay;

- Negotiated rates for long stays of more than 30 nights;

- Rates available on auction websites or websites that do not disclose the hotel brand until the reservation is complete.

Submission of applications

Send us an e-mail to clermont@grandmess.com, enclosing a copy of your booking confirmation and a screenshot of the competing website showing the lowest price available (the date and time must be visible on the screenshot).

Any application that is incomplete, erroneous or contains illegible or incomplete supporting documents will not be processed.

Terms and conditions of the offer

If all the conditions are met, GRAND MESS Clermont-Ferrand will refund the difference to the payment method used to make the booking, within 14 days of confirmation of the refund.

Liability

This guarantee does not entitle you to cancel your booking free of charge, but rather to a refund of the difference.

GRAND MESS Clermont-Ferrand reserves the right to modify, adapt or terminate the Lowest Price Guarantee and the conditions of this Guarantee at any time and without notice.

Yes, GRAND MESS has a parking garage with a limited number of spaces. Our parking lot costs €10.00/day and is only accessible by reservation (limited to one space per room booked). The maximum height of vehicle that can enter our parking lot is 1.90 meters.
