GRANDMESS CLERMONT-FERRAND is a unique place of sustainable hospitality and territorial attractiveness, of meetings and sharing, ambitious in its architectural choices, the nobility of its materials, and its virtuous character in terms of carbon footprint thanks in particular to the use of wood construction, the richness of its insulation and geothermal energy.
It illustrates a model of sustainable and responsible construction, in line with theEuropean Union's climate neutrality objectives.



This project is fully in line with the priorities of the FEDER + Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes 2021-2027 program, notably in favor of energy transition, territorial attractiveness and the development of a sustainable tourism offer.
The hotel, bar, multiple private areas and two restaurants mix generations and welcome visitors from all horizons.
They help to raise the profile of the Auvergne's major sites, promote discovery of the surrounding area, and are part of the local events dynamic.

The project will contribute to the creation of direct (over 100 employees) and indirect jobs, strengthenClermont-Ferrand's high-end sustainable accommodation offer (capacity of over 200 beds), and promote local craftsmanship.
This project has received the support of theEuropean Union and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region, which have contributed to its co-financing with a grant of €591,258.16.
Expenditure relates solely to the following investments: floor coverings (carpet, linoleum, etc.), sanitary fittings (material and installation), tiles, wood wall cladding and wood finishes, fixed fire protection system, electronic locks.
